HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across the organisation. You'll be a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Group MD, and will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business goals and drive employee engagement, retention, and growth.
You'll be at the forefront of our company's growth and success, developing and implementing innovative HRstrategies that attract and retain the best and brightest talent in the industry. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive company culture, foster employee engagement, and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company culture and values
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent across all departments
- Design and implement employee training and development programs
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with business needs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and retention
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring that all matters are handled fairly and consistently
- Develop and implement performance management processes that support the growth and development of our employees
- Provide guidance and support to the leadership team on all HR matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR practices
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of HR experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
