Our talent manager, Boma is constantly on the hunt to find Creators of Belief - from student interns, uni grads, to seasoned pro's, she will cast her net far and wide to catch a like-minded tribe. Another big focus of hers is our student initiative RAW. Liaising with universities to get them on board and to ensure we have a good breadth of fresh young creatives is critical as we are always looking for fresh original thinking.
